Return Policy: Fearsome Figures will accept returns on manufacturing defects only. All claims must be made within 5 days of receipt of merchandise. All returns must be pre-approved. In the event of any mistake on your order, please contact us immediately.
Fearsome Figures is not liable for lost or stolen packages. If the tracking confirms the package as “DELIVERED” at the address provided, then neither the carrier service nor Fearsome Figures is liable.
All of our packages are scanned throughout the shipping process. Your package is scanned in at your mailbox before it is delivered.
